I perform such mandates in close consultation with the client. It is equally important to me to prepare the key personnel comprehensively and in person for the new objectives and their personal role in achieving them.

Liquidations
Winding up a company is often more complex than originally envisaged.
Therefore, as a liquidator, I not only focus on compliance and contacts with authorities but also pay close attention to the management of all interested parties involved. Only when a consensual agreement with them has been reached can a liquidation be carried out successfully with no unpleasant delays. Optimizing the financial result in collaboration with a competent accounting company is likewise a matter of course.
